How much does it cost?
Session prices vary according to the type of training and frequency. A one on one session is priced differently to a buddy session (2 people) or a running group session. If you train more than once per week training packages are available. There is always an option to fit your training goals into your budget. Contact us for recent price deals.
What does Mobile Personal Training mean?
Alive Personal Training takes the travel time out of your workout. Your trainer comes to your home or local park. In your home you do not need much space, you can train in your lounge room, spare room, patio – the options are endless. Group training has set areas, for example, Swimming and Deep Water Running classes are currently located in
Richmond . Running Groups are located in parks/paths generally within a 5 km radius from Hawthorn.
Do I need equipment?
No, we bring everything you need to you! All you need to supply is a towel, full water bottle and exercise appropriate clothing (we can help you with the latter).
I have my own equipment, can we use that?
Yes of course, better to use it than let it sit and collect dust! Your trainer will ensure it is safe and functioning correctly, and then assist you to get the best use from it.
I want to buy some equipment, can you help me choose?
Yes, your trainer can help you choose the correct equipment for your goals and lifestyle. Your trainer can also organise a discount price and bring your new equipment to you.
Do you have a personal training studio?
No, to save you time and petrol we come to you!
Are your personal trainers fully qualified?
Yes, all trainers are more than fully qualified, as they are currently completing or have completed an Exercise Science University degree.
Will you give me a program to follow when I’m not with a trainer?
Definitely!! Your trainer will empower you to train without them between sessions with a safe program designed for you. Your trainer can also give you nutritional goals to follow too.
What about my diet?
Your trainer can give you beneficial nutritional recommendations to achieve the correct amount of nutrients in your diet and assist you in achieving correct caloric intake. Your trainer isn’t a nutritionist but can definitely help you with the basics to start seeing some results.
