Client focused: We listen to our clients and work with them to set goals that they wouldn't achieve on their own. We provide encouragement and support and pride ourselves on helping clients realise their full potential by building confidence and self-esteem.
Qualified: All Alive Personal Trainers are highly qualified; we have, or are currently studying, a university degree in Exercise Science. We continually build on our knowledge base so that we can understand our clients and their bodies and help them achieve their goals.

STEPHANIE LEE
Head Trainer
Stephanie has been working as a Personal Trainer since 2000, in this time she has inspired and motivated many clients towards achieving their goals.
Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Applied Science Physical Education at RMIT University, deciding to maximise her knowledge towards being the best Personal Trainer she can be.
Applying her teaching degree Stephanie has also lectured Certificate III & IV for Donna Aston Fitness Academy, educating future Personal Trainers.
Stephanie now focuses on assisting Alive's trainers to be the best they can be.

PAUL SARTORI
Personal Health & Fitness Trainer
Paul has completed a Bachelor of Sports Science majoring in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition at Deakin University.
Paul believes in a thorough workout but also has a great sense of humour. With his in depth knowledge Paul's sessions give you variety and challenge.
Currently Paul also coaches senior football at Caulfield Grammer and works with the sports science team for Richmond Football Club.

Laura not only takes one on one Personal Training Sessions but also trains husband and wife teams and takes our Corporate Training Sessions focusing not only on fitness and weight loss but fun and team building.
